By accessing or using Sovo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Sovo is a productivity tool designed to help users manage social energy, prepare for social situations, and track patterns. The Service includes free and paid (Pro) features.

This is NOT a medical or therapeutic service.

Sovo is a practical tool, not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. If you are experiencing mental health issues, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

The AI features provide practical suggestions based on patterns, not psychological assessments. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

4. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
One account per person; accounts are non-transferable

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to access other users' data
Abuse AI features or attempt to bypass usage limits
Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
Reverse engineer or copy the Service
Use automated tools to access the Service

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
Prices may change with 30 days notice

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other laws. You retain ownership of your personal data and content you input. By using AI features, you grant us license to process your inputs through third-party AI providers.

8. AI Features

AI-generated content is provided "as is" without warranties
AI may occasionally produce inaccurate or inappropriate responses
Usage limits apply to prevent abuse
We may modify AI features and limits at any time

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.
